We are a non-profit neighborhood initiative founded in late 2013 in the Karlshorst district of Berlin. Since then, we have implemented numerous local projects and organized international events – from city festivals to international barcamps for academics and engaged citizens.
For us, social activity, personal development, and exchange between different population groups are important – regardless of origin or political views.

We are a team of employees, volunteers, and dedicated individuals united by an interest in society, dialogue, and growth. We work together, exchange ideas, learn from one another, and seek out new forms of collaboration.
