Since 2013, he has worked with the management duel methodology, progressing from participant to judge and organizer, as well as establishing and developing business clubs and educational programs. His background includes management experience in the public sector, community projects, and his own initiatives, including the creation of courses based on V. Tarasov's methodology. Since 2023, he has been developing the Berlin Management Duels club as a space for growth, experience exchange, and a meeting place for open-minded individuals.
