We are continuing our series of creative evenings, “Anchor Point.”
Sometimes it feels as though life expects us to keep moving constantly: making decisions, dealing with tasks, supporting others, and trying to keep up with everything. In this constant flow, it is easy to lose a sense of inner stability.
We invite you to a creative evening, “Anchor Point” – a space where you can pause for a while, take a breath, and turn your attention to yourself.
We will begin the evening with a gentle breathing practice to help calm the mind, connect with your body, and prepare for the creative process.
We will then create our own mandalas using the dot-painting technique, with paints, special markers, and cotton swabs. Repeating dots, rhythm, and color gradually turn into a kind of meditation, allowing us to relax, focus, and listen to ourselves.
This is neither a drawing workshop nor a psychological training session. You do not need to know how to draw or aim for a perfect result. All you need is the desire to spend some time in an atmosphere of calm, creativity, and gentle attention to yourself.
At the end of the evening, we can – if we wish – share our impressions and talk about what we discovered or felt during the creative process.
All materials will be provided.
