On September 3, 2026, the Dolge-Melle-Kiezsportfest took place – a family sports festival in the neighborhood!

From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the area around the water playground on Mellenseestraße was transformed into a large sports and play area, where children and adults could spend an active and fun afternoon together. There was something for everyone: participants could try their hand at relay races, archery, juggling, tug-of-war and many other games.

The festival featured various activity stations prepared by organizations from the neighborhood. We also organised mini basketball and, for the first time, introduced a new game for us – ladder golf! Both activities were very popular with children and their parents. Everyone who took part received a shiny sticker.

It was a truly family-friendly festival filled with fun and engaging games that put everyone’s agility, accuracy and, of course, good mood to the test!
