And that means something unusual and delicious awaits us!
We invite you to a workshop on making echpochmak – a traditional Tatar dish (the name translates from Tatar as "triangle").
This will be not just a cooking session, but also a little dive into Tatar culture: we’ll get to know the traditions, learn a bit about the history of the Volga region, and of course, make this fragrant pastry with our own hands. 😋
Together we’ll learn how to work with dough, prepare a flavourful filling, and bake our echpochmaki – warm, homemade, and incredibly tasty.
Where if not in Berlin – a city where cultures and traditions from all over the world intertwine – could we come together to cook and taste echpochmak, enjoy Tatar tea, and spend time in warm company talking about our favourite traditions?
