On April 25, 2026, the first ever rapid management duel competition took place in Germany. Six competitors fought for the Champion's Cup, tackling twelve management scenarios in the "Express Duel" format based on Vladimir Tarasov's methodology.
Management duels are an intellectual public contest where each participant strives to demonstrate their skill in resolving conflict management situations while playing different roles. In the express format, players have just one minute to conduct negotiations and arrive at a solution. For nearly 40 years, V. Tarasov's methodology has been used in many countries worldwide to develop management and negotiation skills among executives and professionals.
The project aims to foster a culture of management and communication, develop the ability to resolve conflicts peacefully in professional and personal spheres, and build and strengthen partnerships.

The Cup was not only an arena for duels but also a vibrant cultural event: guests enjoyed a musical performance by Ulyana Litvina, took part in a prize raffle from partners, and during the breaks, they mingled, chatted, and enjoyed homemade treats — cherry Osterkranz and cookies — kindly provided by Maria Kulikova.
