For the first time in Germany rapid management combat competitions. Twenty players will compete for the Champion's Cup, tackling game scenarios in the "Express Duel" format based on Vladimir Tarasov’s technology.

Management duels are an intellectual public combat between two players, where each strives to demonstrate their mastery in resolving a given conflict management situation while acting in various roles. In the express format, players have only one minute to conduct negotiations and find a solution.

For nearly 40 years, V. Tarasov's technology has been applied in many countries around the world to develop the management and negotiation skills of executives and specialists. The event format includes business, cultural, and educational components. Furthermore, it is a brilliant intellectual show and an excellent networking opportunity for residents and guests of Berlin.

The goal of the project is to promote the development of management and communication culture, the ability to resolve conflicts peacefully in professional and personal spheres, and to establish and build partnerships.
