On 28 November, Berlin will host the Christmas Negotiation Cup in the “Classic Management Duel” format for the third time, based on Vladimir Tarasov’s methodology. Eight participants will compete for the Cup across eight negotiation cases.

The event will be held in Russian.

About the Method
A management duel is an intellectual public contest between two participants. Taking on different roles, each aims to demonstrate their ability to resolve a given management conflict situation.
For more than 40 years, Vladimir Tarasov’s methodology has been used in many countries to develop the management and negotiation skills of leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals.

The Christmas Negotiation Cup Berlin is part of the “Streitkultur in Lichtenberg” project, which promotes a culture of constructive dialogue and conflict resolution. Through negotiation practice, participants learn to listen to one another, recognise different perspectives, present their own position with well-founded arguments, and find solutions in complex situations. The project also creates space for meeting and exchange among people from different PostOst communities, fostering respectful interaction and mutual understanding.
