CoAnimate Workshop
Aktion Noteingang
June 20, 2025
A CoAnimate workshop is a collaborative creative process in which teams work together with facilitators to develop concepts for explanatory animated videos, create scripts, and visualize the clips — enabling quick and clear communication of ideas, knowledge, and stories.

Berlin is a multicultural and open city, yet even here, many people face daily encounters with violence, threats, and social exclusion. One of the most painful aspects of such situations remains the indifference of bystanders — the lack of support and empathy from those who witness them.

As part of the CoAnimate Workshop, a unique video was created that explains how to recognize and find safe places in Berlin where people can receive support and assistance.

The video was developed by the Aktion Noteingang team. A participant with hearing and speech impairments made an active contribution to its creation. This reflects the inclusive approach of the initiative and its commitment to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to be heard and involved.

Aktion Noteingang
A non-profit organization whose goal is to create public "safe zones" for people experiencing aggression, discrimination, or exclusion in urban environments. Participants in the initiative — cafés, shops, and social institutions — display signs or stickers with the "Noteingang" logo at their entrances to signal that support and protection can be found there if needed.
