Simulation of conflict management situations in a debate format. Participants make decisions, argue their position, respond to criticism, and act under pressure from time constraints and opponents.

Management duels are an educational game based on Vladimir Tarasov's methodology. Two participants act out a management situation: conflict within a team, difficult negotiations with a partner, setting a task, etc. Judges evaluate the quality of management behavior: accuracy, flexibility, ability to maintain a position while preserving relationships.


Typical topics include corporate, partnership/business, everyday life, and family issues. This selection of cases makes the format as close to real life as possible — participants practice conducting difficult conversations in scenarios they encounter on a daily basis.
